Lou, you confronted this hideous disease with grace and dignity, our only comfort is knowing you are no longer suffering. A Tribute for Louise Nicola Tronson by Diane Swainston

I always enjoyed Louise’s easy company and her dry sense of humour. We were lucky to spend time with her on a recent cruise in the Kimberley region. She was not well then and in a lot of pain at times but she never complained and was always brave and considerate of other people. Lou loved her family and sadly did not get to spend enough time with them and see her grandchildren grow up. I’m sure that she felt sad about that. She will be sadly missed.
