Passed away peacefully at St John of God Hospital, Ballarat.

Wife of Richard (dec). Dearly loved mother of Robert, John, James and Sari and loved friend of Lexi Blackwell and Linda Ogier and loved mother-in-law of Matthew Baird. Grandma of Amelia, Victoria, Olivia, Hugh and David.

The family expresses its sincere thanks to Dr Gaye Souter, the caring hospital staff and appreciation to Thelma’s many dedicated health professionals, other carers, community friends and dear neighbours.
