Loving Nanna Pat of Narelle, Scott & Kasey, Jo & Adam, Danielle and Andrew & Rachael, Kerrie & Wayne.

Loved Great Nanna of Michael, Carla & Murphy, Oliver, Claire & Joshua, Abbey, and Ashton & Tori.

Pat’s family would like to thank the Rangeview Staff for their wonderful care over past years where Pat was so happy.
