If my memory serves me correctly (and sometimes it doesn't), Squadron Leader Fred Wrigley was the first RAAF education officer to go on an exchange post with the RAF. I think the late Squadron Leader Ted Holmes was the second, and I was the third. Fred set an example for us to follow.
