Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Bendigo Hospice.

Cherished Wife of Frank (Dec).  Dearly loved Mum of Lynette, Dianne and Jennifer.

Adored Nana Mavis of her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Our hearts ache with sadness,

our tears will forever flow,

for what it means to lose you,

no one will ever know.

 

Dear Nan, you were always a strong and independent woman well ahead of the curve.  Say “Hi” to Pop who has been patiently waiting quite a while.

If roses grow in Heaven Lord,

pick a bunch for me,

place them in my Mother’s arms

and tell her they’re from me.

Tell her that I love and miss her

and when she turns to smile,

place a kiss upon her cheek

and hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,

I do it every day,

but there’s an ache within my heart,

that will never go away.
