Remembering Luke as such a sweet, gentle soul. Being an animal and nature lover says a lot about a person.
It was a pleasure to see him at the Tormai Christmas each year- it won’t be the same without him.

Luke, to know you was a privilege. Your humour was wonderful to see with a smile so welcoming. The difficult road you travelled and the way you handled life was uplifting and gave me a better perspective of what you were all about.
A true friend and I will miss your company. The Polyanthus you planted in the front garden of our home will be a forever reminder of the love and friendship you shared with your dad and me.

It was a great disappointment that circumstances prevented me from saying a personal “Farewell” to Luke.
I will always remember him as a young gentleman for whom I felt an immediate liking, and am feeling quite inadequate in finding the words to express how I feel at this time.
Living so far away, I have not had the pleasure of Luke’s company as often as I would have liked, but whenever I was fortunate to do so, I recognised his gentle sincerity.
