Funeral Prayers to Celebrate the Life of Luke Reynolds Grant will be offered in St Patrick’s Catholic Church, Ford Street, Wangaratta on Wednesday July 25, 2018 commencing at 11.00am.
A private family cremation will take place at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, a donation made in memory of Luke to R U OK? would be greatly appreciated. Donation envelopes will be available at the Church.
If you have a favourite memory or story of Luke that you would like to share with the family, please write it down and bring it along to the Service and place it in the Memories Jar available. Notepads will also be available for any friends that wish to share on the day.
