Dearly loved eldest son of Ian and Julie Brooksby. Exceptional Brother of Simone, Shannan and Ben.

Loved and admired brother-in-law of Mandy and Emma and unique uncle to his many nieces and nephews.

Rest now Jas, your kind and adventurous spirit will live on through your family and friends. Your stories will be told as we move through the world without you.

A Memorial Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate the life of the late Mr. Jason Raymond BROOKSBY will be held at the Buderim Crematorium and Memorial Gardens Chapel, 390 Mooloolaba Road, Buderim on FRIDAY (September 24th, 2021) commencing at 1.00pm.

Attendance numbers are limited due to Covid Restrictions. Those wishing to attend please contact Shannan on 0411 422 098.

FUNERAL SERVICE IN VICTORIA

A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate the life of Mr. Jason Raymond BROOKSBY will be held at the Douglas Uniting Church on FRIDAY (Sept. 24th) commencing at 1pm.

The Funeral will leave at the conclusion of the Service for the Harrow Cemetery.

Due to Covid restrictions attendance is by invitation only.
