Dearly loved husband of Jenny,

devoted father to Matthew and Sally.
Loving Father-in-law to Megan and Brenden

and beloved Pop to Griffin, Molly, Rory, Mitchell, April and Fraser.

We have lost the most amazing man but he will live on in our hearts forever.

Rest in Peace.

 

My world is shattered as is my heart. I love you with all my being – Jen

 

G, everyone is born but few truly live. You tried to wear many hats within the community but only one truly fitted. We are in disbelief and shock by your sudden passing. Although tragic and sad , we are finding solace in the fact you passed away serving your greatest calling. May you now put your feet up and enjoy a well deserved rest after a lifetime of dedicated service.

Dad, father-in-law, Poppy,mentor and dear friend – Love always Matt, Megan, Rory, Mitchell, April and Fraser.

 

Our lives were so filled because of your love and kindness. There wasn’t anything you wouldn’t do for us and others and we will treasure the memories forever.Thanks for being the most amazing Dad, father-in-law and friend, but most of all a loving Pop. It’s never goodbye but see you soon. – all our love forever Sally, Brenden, Griffin and Molly.

A service to celebrate the life of Greg Godkin

will be held at the Donald Memorial Hall on FRIDAY Aug. 25th at 11am.

The cortege will then leave for the Donald Lawn Cemetery.
