Brendan, you lived an outstanding life, achieving far more than most. You were a wonderful family man and together with Pam, raised two exceptional boys who have now grown into fine young men. Your dedication to your local community, the racing industry, and the CFA is unparalleled.
Thanks for your friendship, generosity, the experiences we shared and the memories.
May you rest in peace.
Our deepest condolences to Pam, Ben, Sam and the extended Drechsler family.

Brendan, we never imagined the terrific life Bendigo had in store for us, let alone the wonderful people we would meet and become friends with. From the day your office was flooded we found a mate that was with us until your time ran out. How lucky were we to share many good times with Pam, Benny, Sam and yourself. Good bye buddy. You were one of a kind and we will never forget you. It was a pleasure.
