Adored Great Grandpa of Tommy, Patrick, Lucy, Amy, Hazel and Jacob.
Loved brother and brother-in-law of Ronald and Hilda (both dec), Maisie and Syd (both dec), Flo and Chas (both dec), John (dec) and Joan, George and Shirley, Lloyd (dec) and Mary, Kath and Jim (both dec) and much loved Uncle Bill of their families.
A wonderful kind friend to many.
Thankyou dear Bill for being a wonderful friend and father to us for 58 years! We will treasure the memories always.

Funeral Details

A Memorial Service for Mr William Richard (Bill) Rosser will be held in the St John’s Village Chapel, 138 Williams Road, Wangaratta on Thursday March 22, 2018 commencing at 10.30am. No flowers by request. In lieu a donation made in memory of Bill to the Wangaratta Urban Landcare Group would be appreciated. Donation envelopes will be available at the Service. A private burial will have preceded the service.
