will be held in the Diamond Creek Uniting Church,
cnr Main Rd and Wensley St, Diamond Creek
on THURSDAY January 5, 2017 commencing at 10.00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
Diamond Valley Uniting Church Parish.
