Tribute by Michael Kociancic

Oh Heafy - mate the times we had in the police force still seem like yesterday. I had your back & you had mine. Your driving skills always amazed me as they did when you put me on the back of the Harley thru the Kinglake forest as warp speed. 120 into corners that said 40, but I had faith in you brother. John John, I absolutely loved our banter & friendship & will always cherish the fact that I was the "annoying little sister you never had". A Tribute for Walter Michael Castelino by Anne Connolly

There was always a warm welcome from Brenda and Walter. Walter was one of the most doting grandfathers you will ever meet. I will never forget the adventure playground he created in the backyard at Eltham; or seeing him be king of the kids at every birthday party. Adrian and I also enjoyed his food stall at Essendon Airport; the curries were fantastic. Walter was a larger-than-life personality who will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathy is with Brenda and all her family at this time.
