A Tribute for John David Heath by Ben Nankervis
Tribute by Michael Kociancic
Oh Heafy - mate the times we had in the police force still seem like yesterday. I had your back & you had mine. Your driving skills always amazed me as they did when you put me on the back of the Harley thru the Kinglake forest as warp speed. 120 into corners that said 40, but I had faith in you brother. Shit I got of shaking like I had just been on a roller coaster. The house in Northcote...what great times before we would hit the club in search for chicks...you always killed it. You got me to ... A Tribute for John David Heath by Ashlee Napper
John John, I absolutely loved our banter & friendship & will always cherish the fact that I was the "annoying little sister you never had". You were one of the most genuine, down to earth, honest people I have ever met with a heart of gold. I loved how much of a straight shooter you were with a 'what you see is what you get' attitude. You really were an incredible man and your infectious, cheeky personality was one of a kind. You were such a loveable larrikin and everyone that met you adored you! You were so much more ... A Tribute for Betty Martin by Michelle O’Byrne
Betty Martin was one of the kindest souls I ever had the privilege to have as a friend. Hard working, compassionate and always happy and smiling. I remember your culinary delights, roast dinner and delicious fried rice. Your love of music (Elvis and JOK) and our shopping adventures. One favourite memory I have is hosting a roast dinner at my place with yourselves, Robbie, Mum, Dad and Jason. 60’s music blaring upon arrival. The cook got sloshed while cooking, the dinner was very late and the guests were all starving, no nibbles. But we all had a very fun night ... A Tribute for Walter Michael Castelino by Anne Connolly
There was always a warm welcome from Brenda and Walter. Walter was one of the most doting grandfathers you will ever meet. I will never forget the adventure playground he created in the backyard at Eltham; or seeing him be king of the kids at every birthday party. Adrian and I also enjoyed his food stall at Essendon Airport; the curries were fantastic. Walter was a larger-than-life personality who will be greatly missed. Our deepest sympathy is with Brenda and all her family at this time.
